This email is to inform you of an upcoming maintenance window for Sectigo, an SSL provider cPanel uses to issue certificates. During this scheduled maintenance, attempts to renew a Sectigo or cPanel-branded SSL certificate during the times set out below will not receive a response. Existing SSL certificates will continue to function as normal.

The maintenance windows are as follows:


Saturday, February 11, from 6 PM - 8 PM CST (approximately two hours)


Saturday, February 18, from 6 PM - 8 PM CST (approximately two hours)


Saturday, February 25, from 6 PM - Sunday, February 26, at 6 AM CST (approximately twelve hours)


Any attempts to renew or purchase Sectigo SSL certificates during the times above will result in errors. For more information on this planned maintenance and the error users might see, please refer to our support article.
